This mod is designed to replace the existing contact form in CCP 5.x and offers more flexibility in presentation, form fields and user friendliness.
Features include:
- PHP form parsing
- Ability to add fields by editing the form code
- Receive form details via email
- Modify email results to include all fields
- Displays user input after successful submission
- Uses LiveValidation for required fields
- Validates email address format to help prevent bogus addresses
- Allows you to determine which fields are required
- Price includes installation
- Instructions included on how to modify fields and validation
Currently this mod, if installed, can only be edited manually. It does not include any type of admin for making the changes. This is primarily due to the fact it does not use a database to store info nor do you want to make the files writeable since this is a severe security issue.
