Support Requests

Current ccmods.com customers can submit a support request in the event they are having troubles with any mods we have installed. We always stand behind our products and understand the need to have your site and store working properly.

We test our mods thoroughly before offering them to the ccp community and also test each installation. However, since there are multiple ways for people to enter data or shop in various patterns it's difficult to determine if it can malfunction in some way.

PLEASE NOTE: IF the issue is due to modifications made after the installation OR the addition of another mod installed by the customer or another programmer then this would be considered a 'fix' and not a 'bug' issue. We are happy to fix our own mishaps but can not be responsible for self inflicted issues. Additionally, 'fix' issues are billable at our normal hourly rates of $100 per hour. Add-ons to the mods are also billable.
