Terms Of Use

All mods are created to customer specifications for functionality and are guaranteed to work as outlined in the initial mod request which specifies the exact set of functions.

Modifications

Requesting additional modifications not included in the original outline will be charged at the rate of $75 in addition to the original project bid. The client will be notified at the time of the request if there will be additional charges.

Useage

The custom mods are non-transferrable and only to be used at the domain original created for. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Transferrability

Our custom mods are non-transferrable.

Refund Policy

No refunds are given on custom work. The mods are guaranteed to work as outlined with the following exceptions:

If the core code of your CCP cart has been modified to a point it could render the mod unuseable
If the functions requested conflict with the core functions of the cart
If you have had other programmers modify the mod code
If you have personally modified the mod code
If another mod has been installed that conflicts with our mod
You have updated your cart to a newer version that is no longer compatible with our mod

Mods are guaranteed to work ‘at that time’ and can not be warranteed to work properly for each new version of the cart since the core code of the cart is always subject to change by the CCP developers.

Deposits

A deposit of a minimum of 50% of the estimated project costs will be required in advance. No exceptions.

Completion

The balance is due within 3 days of completion. Completion is determined by testing the mod for each function stated in the outline.

Payment

Payment can be made via check, PayPal or credit card.

Support

We only provide support for bugs that are found after installation and testing. All other requests for education, additional changes and reinstallations will be charged the regular rate of $75 per hour.

Mod Updates

Since the majority of our mods are created for custom functions we do not provide updates unless requested. Mod updates will be charged the regular rate of $75 per hour for development.

Mod Upgrades

If you have purchased an ‘over the counter’ mod from us we may provide upgrades to that mod in the future. We do reserve the right to charge and upgrade fee for the installation and setup. Each upgrade fee will be determined when released.
